DHS Expands List of Companies Barred from U.S. Imports Over Forced Labor Concerns

The Department of Homeland Security has added 43 entities to the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act Entity List, effective August 3, 2026. This expansion, the largest to date, prohibits goods from these companies from entering the U.S. due to presumed ties to forced labor in China's Xinjiang region. The measure reinforces U.S. efforts to combat human rights abuses in supply chains.
