USDA Launches New $410 Million Program to Boost Rural Electric Energy and Grid Reliability

The U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development's Rural Utilities Service (RUS) has announced the availability of $410 million through the new Powering Affordable Reliable Technology (PART) Program. This initiative aims to increase the supply of rural power and enhance the reliability of America's electrical grid. The program will offer partially forgivable loans ranging from $1 million to $100 million to finance new reliable, resilient, and affordable power sources and storage devices.
