Twenty-Five States Sue Trump Administration Over New Tariffs

A coalition of 25 U.S. states has filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration, arguing that the latest round of tariffs imposed on 59 countries and the European Union are a pretext for replacing import taxes previously struck down by the Supreme Court in February.
