Tribal Nations and Students Amend Federal Lawsuit Challenging Trump Administration's Native Education Policies

Three Tribal Nations and Native students have amended a federal lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, challenging the Trump administration's failure to consult with Tribal Nations before restructuring how the federal government delivers education to Native American students through two interagency agreements.
