CIA Director John Ratcliffe reportedly visited Moscow covertly to propose a meeting between U.S. President Donald Trump, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The aim was to assess if Russian intelligence could facilitate Putin's return to U.S.-mediated negotiations with Ukraine.
