Federal judge orders forced feeding for alleged National Guard shooter refusing food and water

A federal judge has ordered the forced feeding of Rahmanullah Lakanwal, who is accused of shooting two National Guard troops in Washington D.C., one fatally. Lakanwal had been refusing food and water while awaiting trial.
