The White House has disclosed new specifics of President Donald Trump's initiative to access Venezuela's oil industry, involving a deal that grants the Pentagon a stake in approximately one-fifth of Venezuela's oil reserves. The agreement establishes a private joint venture with North American Blue Energy Partners (NABEP), a company owned by Venezuelan businessman Alejandro Betancourt.
