Congress Extends Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act Through December 11

A continuing resolution signed by the President this week includes a partial extension of the nation's surface transportation law, the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. Originally set to expire on September 30, the law will now be extended through December 11. This extension provides an opportunity for Congress to re-evaluate priorities for the next surface transportation legislation.
