U.S. Attorney's Office Launches "Operation New Day" to Combat Violent Crime in Fort Worth

The U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas, Ryan Raybould, announced "Operation New Day," a federal public safety initiative in coordination with federal and local law enforcement. The 90-day operation, formally launched on August 24, aims to remove dangerous criminal offenders, including narcotics traffickers and illegal aliens, from Fort Worth, resulting in 23 new federal cases and significant drug seizures within two weeks.
