VA National Cemeteries to Host 9/11 25th Anniversary Day of Service and Remembrance

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) national cemeteries will host a day of service and remembrance on Saturday, September 12, 2026, to honor victims of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. Events at over 140 VA and state veteran cemeteries will include opportunities for community volunteers to clean headstones and participate in beautification activities, marking the 25th anniversary of Patriot Day.
