EPA and Army Corps Propose Narrower Clean Water Act Definitions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Army Corps of Engineers have proposed new limits on which wetlands and streams receive federal protection under the Clean Water Act. The proposed changes would further constrict federal authority over streams that are dry part of the year and wetlands.
