Department of Homeland Security Seeks Public Comment on Improving Customer Experience

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is submitting an Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This generic clearance aims to improve customer experience by allowing DHS to conduct voluntary, low-burden, and non-controversial information collections, such as user testing of services and digital products. Comments on this initiative are encouraged until November 9, 2026.
