U.S. Commemorates 25th Anniversary of September 11 Attacks with Ceremonies Nationwide

The United States marked the 25th anniversary of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks with solemn ceremonies across the nation, including at Ground Zero in New York City, the Pentagon, and Shanksville, Pennsylvania. President Donald Trump attended the Pentagon observance. This year's commemorations included a new, seventh moment of silence to honor the thousands who have died from 9/11-related illnesses.
