Pennsylvania Man Charged with Intent to Commit Terrorism on Behalf of ISIS

Jonathan Hunter Kramer, 21, of Valencia, Pennsylvania, has been charged by federal criminal complaint with receiving a firearm and ammunition with the intent to commit a federal crime of terrorism, including providing material support to ISIS. FBI agents interdicted Kramer as he returned to a hotel in possession of rifle magazines and ammunition, subsequently seizing a semiautomatic rifle from his room.
