DHS announces inflation adjustments to immigration-related fees for Fiscal Year 2027
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has announced inflation adjustments for certain immigration-related fees, as mandated by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (HR-1). These adjustments set the Fiscal Year 2027 fee amounts for parole of an alien, Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA), and Electronic Visa Update System (EVUS). The new fees will be assessed starting October 16, 2026.
