U.S. Treasury Announces Third Round of Sanctions Removals and Updates in Modernization Initiative

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has taken a significant step in its sanctions modernization effort by removing 125 individuals and entities from its sanctions lists. This action, consistent with current economic, national security, and foreign policy priorities, also includes updates to 22 list entries to improve compliance screening.
