U.S. Treasury Sanctions International Criminal Court

The U.S. Treasury's OFAC has imposed new sanctions on the International Criminal Court (ICC), aiming to dismantle the tribunal. These measures, part of the Trump administration's response to ICC investigations involving the U.S. and its allies, will cut the ICC off from U.S.-based financial services, technology, and the use of U.S. dollars.
