OCC Finalizes Reporting Rules for Payment Stablecoin Issuers Under GENIUS Act

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has issued a final rule implementing requirements of the Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for U.S. Stablecoins (GENIUS) Act. This includes new weekly and quarterly reporting forms for permitted payment stablecoin issuers and foreign payment stablecoin issuers registered with the OCC, aiming to ensure compliance, facilitate supervision, and promote transparency.
