Southern Ontario Under Heavy Rainfall Warning

Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for various Southern Ontario regions due to anticipated heavy rain. An additional 10 to 20 mm of precipitation is expected, potentially causing water pooling on roads and in low-lying areas. The ground's reduced absorption capacity increases the risk of localized flooding. Further heavy rain is also forecast for Wednesday.
