Environment Canada has issued Orange and Yellow warnings for heavy snow, with 25-40 cm expected and poor visibility due to blowing snow in parts of Alberta, including areas east of Calgary. A winter storm is forecast for southern Manitoba, including Winnipeg, bringing 4-15 cm of snow. Snowfall warnings are also in effect for southern Saskatchewan, with 10-25 cm of snow expected to make travel challenging. Additionally, fog advisories, winter snow advisories, and special weather statements for up to 20 mm of rainfall and possible thunderstorms are in place for Ontario, including the Greater Toronto Area, leading to pooling water and reduced visibility.
