Georgia Issues Emergency Closure Order Due to Wildfires

An emergency closure order is now in effect across parts of Georgia as significant wildfires continue to burn. The Pineland Road Fire and Highway 82 Fire have collectively consumed over 80,000 acres. These blazes have also led to the destruction of more than 120 homes, prompting authorities to implement closures for safety.
