Severe Thunderstorms and Excessive Rainfall Forecast for Central US and Florida/Georgia Line

Scattered strong to severe thunderstorms, capable of producing large hail and damaging winds, are expected this evening into tonight across western Texas, eastern Kansas, and western/central Missouri. Widespread showers and thunderstorms may also lead to isolated flash flooding through tonight over parts of the northern High Plains, central Missouri, and along the Florida/Georgia line.
