Southern France Under Orange Alert for High Wildfire Risk

Five departments in southern France are currently under an orange alert, indicating a high risk of wildfires. This elevated threat is attributed to a combination of rising temperatures and strong winds, which have dried out vegetation along the Mediterranean coast.
