Severe Thunderstorm and Tornado Risk for Central Great Plains

The Storm Prediction Center has identified a slight risk of severe thunderstorms across portions of the Southern and Central Great Plains. Forecasts indicate potential for strong wind gusts and isolated tornadoes from the Texas South Plains northward. Residents in north-central Oklahoma and south-central Kansas should also be aware of isolated strong storm development later today and tonight.
