Flood Warnings and Watch Issued for Southwestern Pennsylvania Amid Heavy Rainfall

Flood warnings are in effect for northern and central Allegheny County until 7:15 PM, and for parts of northern Westmoreland and southern Indiana counties until 8 PM. Rainfall rates of 3 inches per hour have been reported near Pittsburgh International Airport. A broader flood watch covers most counties in Southwestern Pennsylvania until 10 PM. Power outages are also affecting thousands of customers.
