Severe Thunderstorm Watches Issued for Toronto and Strathmore Areas in Canada

Environment Canada has issued severe thunderstorm watches for Toronto and much of the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA), warning of strong wind gusts up to 90 km/h and localized heavy rain up to 60 mm. A similar watch is in effect for Wheatland County, including Strathmore, Alberta, with a risk of a tornado. Residents are advised to seek shelter and monitor updates.
