Southern France Remains Under Orange Heatwave Alert

Météo-France has extended its orange heatwave warning for several departments across Southern France, including Bouches-du-Rhône, Gard, Hérault, Var, Corse-du-Sud, and Haute-Corse. Forecasts indicate maximum temperatures between 34 and 37 degrees Celsius, with some areas potentially reaching 39 degrees Celsius. These sustained high temperatures present a considerable risk to public health.
