Tropical Storm Bertha Nears Northern Gulf Coast, Watches and Warnings Issued

Tropical Storm Bertha is currently in the Gulf of Mexico, moving northwest with 50 mph winds. Watches and warnings, including a storm surge watch, are in effect for parts of the northern Gulf Coast. The storm is expected to bring 2 to 4 inches of rain, with isolated higher amounts, potentially causing flash flooding in urban areas.
