Heatstroke alerts have been issued for 41 prefectures from Tohoku to Okinawa. Additionally, moist air is creating unstable atmospheric conditions over Tohoku, with some areas potentially receiving 40 millimeters per hour of rain, accompanied by lightning. Residents are urged to be vigilant against landslides, flooding in low-lying areas, swollen rivers, lightning, and gusty winds.
