NHC Issuing Advisories for Eastern Pacific Hurricane Fausto; Tropical Storm Bertha Degenerates

The National Hurricane Center (NHC) is currently issuing advisories for Hurricane Fausto in the Eastern Pacific. Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Bertha in the Atlantic has degenerated into a trough, and the last advisory for Bertha has been issued. Marine warnings are in effect for the Eastern Pacific.
