Tropical Storm Noul Nears Southern China Coast, Bringing Warnings of Heavy Rain and Flooding

Tropical Storm Noul is tracking closer to China's southern coast and is expected to make landfall between tonight and early tomorrow. Chinese weather authorities have issued warnings for heavy rainfall and severe flood risks, with some localized areas potentially receiving up to 600mm of rain. Coastal regions are also bracing for strengthening winds and intensifying squally showers.
