Severe Thunderstorm Warning Issued for Elliot Lake and Ranger Lake, Ontario

Environment Canada has issued a yellow-level severe thunderstorm warning for Elliot Lake and Ranger Lake in Ontario. The storm is expected to bring strong wind gusts and hail up to quarter-size. Residents should be prepared for potential damage to roofs, fences, branches, or soft shelters, as well as possible tree damage, power outages, and overturned vehicles from strong wind gusts. Large hail can also cause significant damage and injury.
