Hurricane Genevieve and Tropical Storm Fausto Active in Eastern and Central Pacific

The National Hurricane Center (NHC) is issuing advisories for Hurricane Genevieve, a powerful Category 4 storm in the Eastern Pacific, which is slowly weakening. No coastal watches or warnings are currently in effect for Genevieve. In the Central Pacific, Tropical Storm Fausto is expected to pass north of the Hawaiian Islands tonight through late Wednesday, generating significant surf for the Hawaiian Islands over the next few days.
