Hurricane Genevieve Weakens to Category 3, Dangerous Surf Expected for Baja California and Southern California

Hurricane Genevieve has weakened to a Category 3 storm in the Eastern Pacific, with maximum sustained winds now near 100 mph (155 km/h).
