Flash Flood Warnings and Watches Issued for Washington D.C. Area and Ohio Counties

The National Weather Service has issued Flash Flood Warnings for Alexandria and other parts of the D.C. region (including Northwestern District of Columbia, Southeastern Montgomery County in central Maryland, Arlington County, Eastern Fairfax County, Eastern Prince William County, City of Falls Church) until 7:45 PM EDT, with a Flash Flood Watch continuing until midnight. Separately, Flash Flood Warnings are also in effect for Greene, Miami, and Montgomery Counties in Ohio due to torrential downpours.
