Thousands Under Evacuation Order as Rapidly Moving Wildfires Threaten Spokane, Washington

Three fast-moving wildfires, including the Old Trails Fire which has burned over 3,500 acres and is threatening up to 5,000 structures, have prompted Level 3 evacuation orders in parts of Spokane, Washington.
