Florida Under Flood Watch and High Rip Current Alert

The National Weather Service has issued Flood Watches for parts of Florida, including the eastern Panhandle and Nature Coast, through Monday evening, anticipating 1-6 inches of additional rainfall. This heavy precipitation could lead to localized flooding. Concurrently, a high rip current risk persists at area beaches due to ongoing southwest to west flow, posing dangers to swimmers.
