Flood Warnings and Severe Weather Alerts Issued Across Southern Australia

The Australian Bureau of Meteorology (BoM) has issued flood warnings for Victoria, triggered by widespread rainfall from a strong cold front that moved across southern Australia between August 8 and 10. Severe Weather Warnings for damaging winds are also in place for parts of New South Wales and Victoria. Additionally, marine wind warnings have been issued for various coastal areas, and a severe thunderstorm warning for heavy rain was issued for parts of South Australia on August 9.
