Flash Flood Warning Issued for Parts of San Bernardino County, CA and Clark County, NV

The National Weather Service in Las Vegas has issued a Flash Flood Warning for San Bernardino County in southern California and west central Clark County in southern Nevada, effective until 6:45 PM PDT on August 15, 2026. Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain, with 1 to 3 inches already fallen near Sandy Valley, leading to life-threatening flash flooding of creeks, streams, urban areas, and underpasses. Motorists are urged to turn around and not drive through flooded roads.
