Tropical Storm Lala Continues to Affect Hawaiian Islands with Strong Winds and Flood Threat

Tropical Storm Lala, previously a hurricane, continues to impact the Hawaiian Islands, including the Big Island, Maui, Oahu, Kauai, and Niihau.
