Deadly Flooding Continues Across Midwest and Mid-Atlantic, Flood Watches and Warnings in Effect

Thunderstorms, heavy rain, and flash flooding continue to impact a swath of the U.S. from the Midwest to the mid-Atlantic. Flood warnings and watches are in effect for eastern Kentucky and much of West Virginia. Indiana is recovering from historic flooding that has resulted in at least seven fatalities.
