A Red Flag Warning will be in effect for the Rogue Valley and Northern California from 11 a.m. Monday to 8 p.m. Monday. Strong, gusty winds and low relative humidity are expected to heighten fire danger, meaning any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Affected areas include Fire Weather Zones 621, 622, and 623 in Southern Oregon, and zones 280 and 281 in California, encompassing areas like Scott Valley, Shasta Valley, Klamath River Valley, Siskiyou Mountains, Southern Cascade Mountains, and the Rogue Valley.
