Tropical Storms Dolly, Karina, and Lowell Form; Dolly Heads Towards Caribbean, Karina and Lowell in Pacific

Tropical Storm Dolly has formed in the central Atlantic, becoming the fourth named storm of the 2026 Atlantic hurricane season, and is tracking westward towards the Leeward Islands. Meanwhile, Tropical Storms Karina and Lowell have formed in the Pacific Ocean, with Karina potentially strengthening into a hurricane and its swells possibly bringing life-threatening surf to parts of southwest Mexico and the Baja California Peninsula.
