NHC Issues Advisories for Pacific Storms, Monitors Gulf Disturbance

The National Hurricane Center has issued advisories for Hurricane Karina in the Eastern Pacific and Tropical Storm Lowell in the Central Pacific. Additionally, the NHC is monitoring a tropical disturbance (AL97) in the northern Gulf of Mexico for potential slow development over the next few days. The remnants of Tropical Storm Dolly are also being watched east of the Leeward Islands, though redevelopment is unlikely.
