Mekong River Flood Warning Issued for Four Northeastern Thai Provinces

A flood warning has been issued for four northeastern provinces in Thailand—Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nakhon Phanom, and Mukdahan—along the Mekong River, effective from September 1 to 6.
