NHC Issues Updates on Hurricanes Karina, Marie, Lowell, and Remnants of Edouard

The National Hurricane Center (NHC) is issuing advisories for Hurricane Karina and Hurricane Marie in the Eastern Pacific, and Hurricane Lowell in the Central Pacific. The final advisory has been issued for Tropical Depression Edouard, but its remnants are expected to continue producing heavy rainfall and flooding through Thursday over parts of eastern Texas. Marine warnings are also in effect for the Eastern Pacific.
