Hurricanes Karina, Marie, and Lowell Active in Eastern and Central Pacific

The National Hurricane Center (NHC) is issuing advisories for Hurricane Karina and Hurricane Marie in the Eastern Pacific, and Hurricane Lowell in the Central Pacific. Marine warnings are also in effect for the Eastern Pacific. Karina is slightly weaker but still maintains winds near 100 mph.
