Hurricane Lowell Approaches Western Hawaiian Islands; NHC Advisories Issued

The National Hurricane Center (NHC) is issuing advisories for Hurricane Lowell in the Central Pacific. Lowell is forecast to turn northward on Sunday and approach the Western Hawaiian Islands on Monday. Interests in Hawaii are urged to closely monitor Lowell's progress. The NHC is also issuing advisories for Hurricane Marie in the Eastern Pacific and Hurricane Karina in the Central Pacific, with both expected to weaken.
