High Chance of Tropical Depression Formation in Eastern Pacific

The National Hurricane Center reports a high chance (90%) of a tropical depression forming within the next 48 hours from an area of low pressure located several hundred miles south-southwest of the Baja California peninsula. The system is expected to move generally west-northwestward.
