Flood Watch Declared for Portions of Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia Due to Expected Heavy Rainfall

The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for parts of West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania, effective from Saturday afternoon through late Saturday night. Multiple rounds of heavy showers and thunderstorms are anticipated, which could lead to excessive runoff and flooding of rivers, creeks, and low-lying areas. Saturated soils from recent rainfall increase the risk of rapid flash flooding.
